All our pieces are made to order. Once an order has been confirmed, it will be prepared specifically for the customer.

Please ensure that all order details, including size, measurements, colour, shipping address, and contact information, are correct before completing your purchase.

2. Processing & Shipping

Orders generally take 3–4 weeks to be completed and delivered.

Shipping charges depend on the customer's location and will be communicated or displayed at the time of order.

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Payments

Orders must be paid for according to the payment options available on our website. An order will only be considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
